perry is similar to hard cider, but is made entirely from pears. made from a careful blend of old world, tannic pears and conventional dessert varieties, this modern perry is produced utilizing a number of artisan fermentation techniques. 6.5% alc/vol - 3% rs

a single varietal cider made from ruby macintosh apples. we wanted to challenge the perception that using dessert fruit leads to one-dimensional ciders. not the case! with a little imagination, and our innovative approach to cidermaking, we developed a complex, rose-gold cider that presents a classic eating apple in a new light. 6% alc/vol - 3.5% rs

this single-varietal cider is made entirely with late-season evercrisp apples. it is made by arrested fermentation to lock in residual sugars and bring out fruit-forward aromatics.

tasting notes: yellow diamond hue with notes of tropical fruit, white raspberry, along with notes of fresh fruit and fresh-pressed apples.

a truly unique product at our cidery. we grow more than just apples on our farm– in fact, tart cherries are one of our biggest crops. this is a sparkling wine made entirely from fresh cherries harvested in early july. this limited-release dessert wine is best served chilled.
